MOLTEN GRANULATOR

 

I Overview
This product is a new type of (molten) molding granulator. Work by the liquid cooling through the transport to become solid, the melting point range of 50ºC~300ºC materials can be granulation molding. No dust, improve the production environment; and has a certain economic value (energy saving, packaging containers, economic) to replace the product quickly, made of granular products beautiful, uniform near hemispherical granular, no thermal stress; granular products are easy to package, transportation, storage, and easy for users to measure the mixing or re-melting, can be continuous production. From feeding to packaging, reduce physical labor, with stepless speed regulation, adjustable flow rate, easy to operate. Widely used in petroleum, fine chemicals and other industries.
RL type granulator is to make use of the low melting point characteristics of the material, according to the viscosity range of the material when in the molten state, through the special distributing device, the molten liquid will be uniformly on the uniformly moving steel belt underneath it, and under the cooling effect of the continuous spraying device set below the steel belt, so that the material will be cooled, cured, so as to achieve the purpose of granulating and molding.

II Application scope:
This product is suitable for the melting point (or softening point) in the 50ºC~300ºC need to granulate a variety of materials, as well as "cold crystallization" characteristics of the material.

III Product characteristics:
This product is a new type of (molten) molding granulator. Adopting thin steel belt heat transfer and atomized spray cooling to make the molten liquid get rapid solidification molding, using a single rotating shell. Therefore, it is easy to maintain, little wear and tear, and high productivity. Quick loading and unloading and replacement of products. And drop molding machine and steel belt synchronous operation can thus high-speed production of uniform ingot grain, improve productivity, increase production profits. It also eliminates dust, improves the environment and significantly expands the viscosity range. The product is an economical and reliable production process, capable of processing ingots of Φ4-12mm, which are very homogeneous, in the form of hemispheres, strips and flakes, stable, free of thermal stress and of high purity quality.

IV. Structure (1)
According to the melting point of the processed products (solidification point), material temperature and viscosity cooling effect of different, to choose the conveying speed and head speed, so as not to affect the production capacity and granular quality. The machine from liquid to solid granular, mainly through the granulation die head granulation, using rotary continuous, through the spray water cooling shaping, stainless steel belt to complete the cooling, conveying, packaging is generally more than 1~3kg/cm2
Structure (2)
The machine mainly consists of drop-die granulator head, cooling conveyor stainless steel belt and pulley, spray cooling system, transmission system, heat preservation device, frame, scraper and so on. The head of the pelletizing machine mainly consists of the head mold sleeve and the head mandrel. Spray cooling system mainly consists of nozzles, water sink and so on. Transmission system mainly consists of gearbox (reducer) speed motor and other components.
