HC Series Roller Grinder

HC series grains grinder, for oily food (such as sesame seeds, walnuts, coffee beans, peanuts, etc.), the machine due to the principle of shear on the principle of pressure on the crushing of materials. Working principle and structure
This grinder adopts the clip stick type crushing, in the clip stick high-speed operation can be achieved by fast crushing. The machine consists of feeding hopper, clip stick knife, crushing motor, automatic outlet, sealed box and other parts, the material from the feeding hopper into the crushing chamber, through the high-speed rotation of the clip stick knife for crushing, crushing the material by the discharge track to the outlet, the unit in line with GMP standards.

Features
The machine adopts no screen type crushing, it is not subject to material viscosity, softness and hardness and fibre and other restrictions, for food (containing oily, sticky) materials can play a good crushing fineness. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, with corrosion resistance.
