Main Components:
It's composed of vacuum homogeneous emulsifier, homogeneous boiler, dual direction scraping mixers, vacuum system, electrical heating, steam heating temperature-control system, electric cap-hoisting system, electric control cabinet, etc. It is special equipment for cosmetics, emulsions, medical ointment, and liquid cream.
Work theory:
After mixing and heating in water and oil pot, the material is sucked to emulsifying pot by vacuum pump. There is a central mixer in the emulsifying machine to mix, tetrafluoroethylene scrapers to scrape material on the pot wall, meantime, the material form new interfaces continuously. Then the material is cut, compressed, mixed and blended by vane and rotary vane and flow to homogenizer at the bottom of pot. Afterwards, material is cut, impacted, crushed to 200nm-2um by strong high speed cutting wheel and fixed cutting cover once again. For the emulsifying pot is vacuum, the air produced in the mixing will be vacuumized immediately.
In the traditional production of high viscosity material, especially ointment, grease and emulsion, the finished products' emulsion are instable or too rough for the big diameter granules and air-in. In order to solve the problems, we designed ZJR series vacuum homogeneous and emulsifying machine, including homogeneous mixer, central mixing vane and scarper, that is the excellent combination. Except that, the machine adopts vacuumizing to avoid air-in, so as to make sure the high quality finished products.
Features:
The pots are pressed and welded by quality stainless steel board, emulsifying process is under entire closed condition to prevent pollution from dust and micro-organism. Emulsified product is brightness and smoothness. Material of the pots produces centrifugation in homogenizer through high-speed cutting and dual-direction mixer, deasil frame mixing, anticlockwise mixing, scratch board agitator to make tetrafluoroethylene scratch board clung to wall and solve pasted material on inner wall. Ideal variable frequency speed regulation device implement various speed regulation. This equipment is equipped with unique integrated inspection window and enclosed-type illuminating lamp for observing emulsifying status. Three layers, heating and cooling are implemented in the same layer. The outside is coated aluminum silicate to prevent operators from scalding and ensure safety production. The body has inlet and outlet of cooling water. Diverse package joints are on boiler's cap. Customers can choose the following devices: aseptic respirator, material inspiration, vacuum pump joint, cleaning ball, CIP joint, micro element inlet, integrated inspection window and vacuum gauge. All contacts are made of quality stainless steel (316L for Pharmaceutical, inside surface treatment: mirror polishing, sanitation and clean vacuum and mixing device, that accord with GMP standard.)
