Working process

1. Bottles delivery to the labeling machine conveyor from the production line, or worker put bottles on machine conveyor;
2. Bottles move to separate bottle device keep in certain distance, go on delivery to 1# 2# labeling engine, enter into press bottle device, fix bottle body not move, when sensor check bottle, send signal to PLC, PLC received signal deal with information, then output signal to 1# 2# servo motor send label on bottle front and back two sides at the same time ;
3. Bottle go on delivery to 3# neck labeling engine, labeling way is same.
4. With the rolling label device optional, suit for round bottle need labeling wrap around.
