ULTRASONIC VIBRATING SCREEN

Ultrasonic vibrating screen adds an ultrasonic blinding system on the basis of the screening machine, and uses ultrasonic frequency vibration for screening. This screening method prevents the holes from being blocked and enables a faster screening speed. This blinding system can increase the screening capacity by a factor of 10, thereby increasing the productivity and reducing the separation accuracy to 20 microns (\635 mesh). It can be installed on new or existing shakers for easy integration into your production line. The system effectively prevents the filter from being overloaded, which not only reduces production downtime, but also reduces the time needed to clean the filter.

Working principle:
The working principle of ultrasonic vibrating screen is to convert electrical energy into high-frequency electrical energy and then input the transducer into mechanical vibration. During the screening process, the material is not only subjected to the force of the three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen. The force that makes the material move is also affected by the high-frequency, low-amplitude force exerted by the ultrasonic system on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and cleaning.
