Main application

WF type toothed disk crushing room is mainly composed of organic shell, door, knife wheel, spindle, screen, pulley and motor and other components.

Working Principle:
 When the crushing machine is rotating, the motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed (up to 2000r/min). The knife wheel and the grinding block on the screen ring form the crushing and grinding vice, when the material enters the machine cavity from the feeding hopper, the material is closely rubbed and strongly impacted in the rotating airflow to the gap between the knife wheel and the fixed knife to grind again. While crushing the material, the fan inhales a large amount of air, which plays the role of cooling the machine, grinding the material and transferring the fine material. The fineness of the crushed material depends on the nature of the material and the size of the screen, as well as the amount of material and air through. The crushed material is transported into the cyclone separator through the method of negative pressure air transport, the machine has a continuous discharging effect, the effective use of the assembly line operation, the dust is recovered by the vacuum box through the bag filtration. The machine is designed according to "GMP" standard, all made of stainless steel, no dust flying in the production process.
