Working process

1. Bottle delivery to labeling machine conveyor from production line, or worker put bottles on machine conveyor, delivery to separate bottle device keep in same distance;
2. Go on enter into tidy bottle device, all bottles move in a center line into the press bottle device, fix bottle body not move and waiting for labeling.
3. When sensor check bottle, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to 1# and 2# servo motor send label on bottle front back two sides together., with brush label device past labels on bottle surface more smooth. Labeling finish.
