Flexible material selection scheme

1. The mixer can be customized with SS304, SS316L and other materials, and different materials can also be used in combination.
2. Distinguish when selecting equipment materials: material contacted parts and non-material contacted parts.
3. The interior of the mixer can also be targeted to increase functional coatings or protective layers such as anti-corrosion, anti-bonding, isolation, and wear resistance.

Model selection method
1. Determine the volume of each batch of mixed materials, ranging from 0.1 m³ to 8m³, and select equipment of corresponding specifications.
2. Select the material to produce the equipment, and the material is mainly divided into: the part in contact with the material and the part not in contact with the material.
3. Keep the original material of the other parts of the equipment.
