Use of the machine MB6545 Automatic Heat Shrinkable Film Packaging Machine is a new packaging equipment designed and manufactured based on the characteristics of heat shrinkage of packaging film, which is highly efficient and continuous operation. Main structure and function The whole set of equipment consists of bottle feeding conveyor belt, packaging machine, heat shrink machine, non-powered conveyor and electrical control cabinet.
Packaging Machine The packaging machine is mainly composed of frame, bottle feeding mechanism, bottle separating mechanism, bottle pushing mechanism, film releasing mechanism and film wrapping mechanism. The bottle feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying PET bottles to the bottle separating mechanism, which is divided into two parts: front conveying and back conveying. The bottle separating mechanism is responsible for separating the PET bottles according to the packaging requirements in order to realize the advancement of film wrapping. The bottle pushing mechanism is responsible for pushing the grouped PET bottles forward and wrapping the film. The film releasing mechanism is responsible for supplying the wrapping film to the PET bottles. The film wrapping mechanism automatically sets the supply length of the shrink film according to the size of the packages, and completes the automatic film wrapping synchronously during the forward movement of the products.
Heat Shrink Machine Heat shrink machine consists of three parts: heating and shrinking, cooling and shaping, and product conveying. Heating Shrinkage: Shrinking machine heats and shrinks the wrapped packages, so that the film shrinks uniformly under the set temperature, sticking to the surface of the packages and wrapping the packages tightly to achieve the purpose of the desired package. Cooling and shaping: Cooling and shaping is responsible for the rapid cooling of the film on the surface of the heated and contracted packages, so that the film will quickly become a high-strength state, in order to facilitate the handling.
Product Conveying: Conveying fully packaged items onto a powerless conveyor; the powerless conveyor can act as a temporary storage to facilitate palletizing or handling by personnel.

CHANNEL SUBDIVIDER This machine is powered by servo motor as the power source of swinging mechanism, which can respond quickly and start and stop precisely. The number of lanes and the number of bottles per lane can be set through the touch screen. Assuming that the divider can be divided into A, B, C, D, 4 columns, now the origin stops at A column, when the bottle is transported to the divider, counted by the counting photoelectric counting, to reach the set number of bottles, clamping cylinders will be in front of the bottles clamped, and then servo motors to start, will be the bottle from the A column to move to the B column, and then clamping cylinders to let go of the bottles to continue to count the counting photoelectric counting, and then to carry out the cyclic mode.
